Join award winning Australian photographer, Andrea Francolini, for a once-in-a-lifetime travel photography tour of Pakistan.

The Itinerary
Day 0: ARRIVE ISLAMABAD
Guest expected to arrive in Islamabad on Oct 7th in the evening (flights leave Australia on Oct 7th morning)
Depending on the arrival time either your Australian travel photographer guide, Andrea Francolini, or Adam Khan, director of Travel Life Pakistan, will pick you up at the airport.
Day 1: ISLAMABAD
Morning: we visit Raja Bazaar one of the biggest local markets in Rawalpindi.
Lunch
Afternoon: visit of folk museum
Late afternoon/sunset: at Monument of Pakistan.
Dinner: Monal Restaurant at the view of Islamabad
Day 2: ISLAMABAD
Morning: Raja bazaar again (its a big market)
Faisal mosque.
Lunch
Afternoon: Local market in Islamabad
Day 3: ISLAMABAD / GILGIT
Fly from Islamabad to Gilgit.
An early flight to Gilgit (elevation 2228m – north east of Pakistan).
This flight will take us over the breath taking Himalaya mountain range.
Hotel check-in at Serena in Hunza
Lunch: Baltit fort in Hunza.
Sunset: at Eagle’s Nest overlooking Hunza valley
Dinner/night: Eagle’s Nest
Day 4: HUNZA / NAGAR VALLEY
Sunrise: Eagle’s Nest overlooking Hunza valley
All day trip to Hopper glacier. Walk to the glacier
Dinner/night: Somewhere Hunza valley
Day 5: DRIVE ALONG KARAKORHAM HIGHWAY
Sunrise: Eagle’s Nest overlooking Hunza valley
Breakfast at hotel and check-out
Day trip: Lake Abbottabad
Late lunch: check-in at Serena hotel, Gilgit
Sunset: Along Karakoram highway
Dinner/night: Serena hotel in Gilgit
Day 8: LAHORE
Morning: half day off to swim by the pool and relax, edit images or visit local markets.

Afternoon Wagah flag ceremony on Indian boarder
Dinner: Kinara Restaurant.
Day 9: LAHORE
Early morning: Waszir Khan Mosque, a 17th century mosque.
and visit of Royal Bath which is the only surviving public bath from the Mughal Era
Lunch
Afternoon: Lahore Fort. This fort was completed in 1566 when Lahore was the capital of the country.
Visit Grand mosque
Sunset: near the fort
Dinner at Food street
Day 10: LAHORE
Morning: traditional wrestling or walk in the streets of Larhori Gate
Truck Art yard: huge outdoor area full of local mechanics,
artists and anyone working in the trucking industry which is the main means of transportation for goods around the country.
This is a great opportunity for portraits and daily life
Lunch
Day 11: LAHORE
Sunrise: Visit to Minar Pakistan or Shalimar Gardens
Back to Hotel for breakfast
Mid morning: Spare part market. This market only sells spare parts for cars, trucks and motorbikes.
Lunch at MM Alam road
Afternoon free to pack or local markets
Early dinner and transfer to hotel to fly home.
Late evening – international departures from Lahore
(be aware when booking your flight you leave Sydney on Oct 7th, arrive in Islamabad on Oct 7th at night and will leave from Lahore Oct 18 night) .
